Returns and Policies

We are very happy that you have purchased a FitBrace product! However we also understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If you need to return or exchange your FitBrace product for any reason please let us know right away. We stand 100% behind all of our back brace products with a lifetime replacement warranty.

If you purchased your FitBrace product directly from FitBrace.com please contact our customer service department here. Once we receive your request you will be prompted to provide proof of purchase (confirmation email you received after your order) as well as some personal information to help us process your request. Upon completion of this process you will be sent a return box with a prepaid shipping label so you may return your FitBrace and receive a refund or replacement.

If you purchased your FitBrace product from one of our authorized dealers or partners (anywhere else but FitBrace.com) and would like to receive a refund or replacement, please contact us here. Please note, in order to become eligible for a refund or replacement, you have to register your product warranty via FitBrace.com within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive your request we will contact you via email. You will be asked to provide basic identification information to help us process your request. After your warranty and purchase have been verified we will supply you with a shipping box and prepaid shipping label to return your FitBrace product and receive a refund or replacement.
